This recipe is very easy and delicious.

We started with a pack of drumsticks about 13. In a gallon  storage bag add  your chicken with the following.

1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 of water, 3 tbs of lemon pepper,1 tbs of cumin,1 tbs of onion powder, 1 tbs of oregano and 1 tbs of garlic salt.

Mix together and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 4 hours would be better. Place bag in a plastic container in case there’s a leak in bag.

In a oven or grill cook at 300 Fahrenheit. Until internal temperature reaches 175 Fahrenheit. Will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Always use a insta read thermometer to check temps on your chicken. Under cooked chicken will make you sick and over cooked chicken will be dry.

If cooking in a grill set up for indirect cooking or 2 zone cooking. This method gives a great presentation.
