This meal can be made in so many different ways. Adjust the ingredients to your families liking.
- Start with 7 jalapenos and 7 tomatillos in a pot. Boil until they change color then remove and place in blender.
aslo add blender add 1/4 bunch of cilantro, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 onion , 2 cups of water
In a pot add a little oil and fry the salsa until it boils. Then add the chicharron en let it be for 3 minutes. That’s it. The salsa is hot and will break down the chicharron. We like ours with a little crunch still. No salt is needed since the chicharron has it already.
